Order Cancellation Policy

Due to our automated order processing and shipping system, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2–12 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received during this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing has begun.

Please note that, in some cases, orders are processed immediately after they are placed and are sent directly to our fulfillment team. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after your purchase. Our team will do its best to assist you before the order is processed.
