These terms apply when you use perfectpoolproducts.com or buy from Perfect Pool Products. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and fit

We work to show accurate descriptions, part numbers, compatibility and prices. Please confirm fit using your equipment's model or part number before ordering. If we find an error after you order, we'll contact you to correct it or refund you.

Trademarks and part numbers

Pentair, Sta-Rite, Jandy, Zodiac, Polaris, Hayward, Waterway and other brand names, model names and OEM part numbers are trademarks of their respective owners. BlueFusion parts are aftermarket replacements. They are not made by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these brands. We use these names and part numbers only to show which equipment a part fits.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or the order appears fraudulent.

Warranty

Perfect Pool Products does not offer its own warranty beyond our Return & Refund Policy. Some products include a manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Installation and use

Install and use parts according to the equipment maker's instructions. Turn off power before servicing electrical equipment, and use a qualified professional if you're unsure. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
